All three properties offer one and two-bedroom apartment homes.
Yes, Timberidge, Cedaridge, and Stoneridge Manor are all pet-friendly. Cats and dogs are allowed with a 35 lb weight limit. Breed restrictions apply. A $250 refundable deposit, $150 fee, and $20 monthly pet rent are required.
Yes, all three communities are located near major roadways including I-696, I-275, and I-96, providing convenient access throughout Metro Detroit.

Yes, surface lot parking is available, and carports can be rented for $15 per month.
Residents can submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal or contact the leasing office. Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
Yes, there are standard application and move-in fees. At the time of application, there is a $100 reservation or holding fee and a $75 application fee per applicant. At move-in, a $150 administrative fee is due. Contact our leasing team for full details.
